What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge a flat rate of $13.50 per order for postage Australia-wide (maximum weight 5kgs). For all orders over 5kgs additional postage fee will apply. All items are posted via Australia Post.Free postage for all Australian orders over $70 (maximum weight-5kg’s) additional postage fee applies for all orders over 5kg’s).

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use PayPal’s online secure payment system. PayPal will securely take your payment details in the form of your PayPal account and/or VISA & MasterCard.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time-frames:

·    Allow 3-5 working days for delivery for NSW, VIC & QLD

·    Allow 5-10 working days for WA, NT & Tasmania

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Super Supplement Store has an SSL certificate in place which means our website is secure to transmit personal information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal which will confirm payment of your transaction as well as a confirmed order email from Super Supplement Store confirming your purchased items.

Once your wonderful goods have been sent you will receive notification from Super Supplement Store via email that your order has been shipped.

Once our orders are in Australia post’s hands they will send you a confirmation email as to the expected delivery date.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

At this present time we do not issue invoices, however if required we will happily manually produce an invoice when requested.
